Fluryshing Designs is dedicated to providing you with excellent customer service and great attention to detail throughout the order process. Follow these six steps to get your order started today.

Select Your Stationery:
Choose one or more pre-designed invitations or stationery from our gallery and add them to the shopping cart or contact us about custom designs by completing our online form.

Personalize Your Order:
Regardless of if you have selected one of our pre-designed invitations or choose to have a custom design created, we will work with you to personalize your order. We are able to customize everything including layout, design, style, size, colors, ribbons, embellishments, wording, and fonts.

Complementary Custom Proof:
Fluryshing Designs will put together a complementary proof based on your requested customizations and then email you several pictures of the stationery. At this time, you will be required to review the sample to ensure colors, wording, and design are exactly what you want. You will then be able to provide us with any revisions. We will make the changes and then email you another complementary proof. This process will continue until you are completely satisfied with your order. If you are located in the Calgary area, we can also arrange a consultation to show you the proofs in person.

Approval and Payment:
Once you are satisfied with your stationery, you will be required to approve your order through a written contract. You will also be required to provide us with the full payment, either using PayPal or a cheque.

Production:
Once we receive your full payment, production will start on your order. At this point, no more design changes will be allowed. Production typically takes between 4 and 6 weeks. We do offer rush service for an additional 15% of your total. This will reduce the production time to between 1 and 3 weeks.

Shipping:
As soon as your stationery is complete, we will package your order, and then notify you that it has been shipped. Shipping times vary from 1 to 6 business days depending on where you are located and the shipping method chosen.
